Privacy policy

The short version

We collect the minimum information needed to respond to your inquiries and provide services. We don't sell your data. We don't run third-party ad trackers. We use privacy-preserving analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that don't set cookies or fingerprint visitors.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions: name, business name, email, phone (optional), role (optional), and the project details you provide.
• Server logs: Cloudflare retains standard request logs (IP, user agent, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention.
• Analytics: aggregate, anonymous page-view counts via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies, no fingerprinting.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.
• To send you transactional email related to the inquiry (confirmation, follow-up).
• To improve the site based on aggregate, anonymous usage patterns.

Who else sees your information

We use a small number of subprocessors to operate the site:

• Cloudflare — hosting and DDoS protection.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for confirmation messages and inquiry notifications.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection on form submissions. Turnstile is privacy-preserving and does not use cookies.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties.

Retention

Form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as the inquiry is relevant to a potential or active engagement. We may optionally back up submissions to a Cloudflare KV namespace for recovery purposes; backups are deleted after 1 year.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@cladforge.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
