    A 30-minute call. Free. We learn about your business, the problem, and the constraints. We're not going to ask you to fill out a deck before we'll even talk.

    Proposal

    Written quote ~3 business days

    A scoped quote within 3 business days. Clear deliverables, timeline, and payment schedule. No vague hourly retainers — fixed scope and fixed price wherever possible.

  3. 03

    Design

    You approve direction ~1–2 weeks

    For websites: wireframes and visual design. For tools and AI: technical architecture and a clickable prototype where it helps. You see and approve the direction before we build it.

  4. 04

    Build

    Weekly demos ~2–8 weeks

    We build. You review weekly. Staging links throughout — nothing happens in a black box. You can flag changes at any point in the build, not just at the end.

  5. 05

    Launch

    You own it ~1 week

    Deployment, handoff documentation, a training session for your team. You leave with full access to every account, the code in your GitHub, and the keys to the kingdom.

  • Design files (Figma) shared with your team
